Kathleen "Kit" Bobb, 58, died Friday, Aug. 14, 2015, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics after a brief illness. On Saturday, Aug. 29, a Celebration of Life will be held at the Coralville American Legion, Post 721, from 3 to 7 p.m.

Kit's survivors include her partner, Kurt Kositv; her son, Jamie; her brother, James Clegg; and the many people and friends who have entered into Kit's life throughout these many years.
She was preceeded in death by her parents, James A. Clegg Sr. and Elizabeth Hair Clegg.
Kit served as the chaplain for the Coralville American Legion Post 721 Auxiliary for three years and was a member for seven. She was an advocate for the veterans in our community and was always willing to lend a helping hand or to just listen to their life stories. She also enjoyed camping, fishing, the Miami Dolphins and riding motorcycles, but she mostly loved meeting people.
