MARION MCCALLISTER Marion Marion C. McCallister, 77, of Marion, passed away Friday, May 6, 2016, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids. Funeral services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Marion with visitation one hour before the service by Pastor Rick Gail. Burial: Oak Shade Cemetery, Marion. Survivors include her husband, Donald McCallister of Marion; four daughters; one son; 10 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter. Marion was born Nov. 16, 1938, to Claude and Mildred Benton in Cincinnati, Ohio. She married Donald Keith McCallister on May 7, 1977, in Elkader, Iowa.
