Services: 11 a.m. Monday, April 24, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St., Vinton, by Pastor Mark Dieter. Interment: Evergreen Cemetery, Vinton. Visitation: 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
Phillips Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
