Beauregard, Russell Lee

Russell Lee Beauregard, 60, of Central City, died Monday, May 6, 2013, at home. Celebration of Life Service: 11 a.m. Friday, May 10, at Mark and Dedra Beauregard, 133 N. Ninth St., Central City, Iowa. Private family burial will be at a later date. Arrangements by Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Central City.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Beauregard; his father, Kenneth Beauregard; two daughters, Brandy (Andy) Brocka of Centennial, Colo. and Crystal Beauregard (Hank Helton) of Marion; three grandchildren, Tye and Jade Helton and Justus Brocka; and a grandchild due in June.

Also surviving are his twin, Robert (Vanessa) Beauregard of Cedar Rapids; his brother, Mark (Dedra) Beauregard of Central City; his sister, Diane (Kevin) Kurth of Monticello; and his brother, David (Kelli) Beauregard of North Dakota.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Russell was born Jan. 7, 1953, the son of Kenneth and Betty (Phillips) Beauregard in Cedar Rapids. On Dec. 20, 1975, he married Sharon Bissell in Central City.

A memorial fund has been established in memory of Russell.
