Gerald Eugene "Charlie" Starr, 51, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Monday, Sept. 14, 2105, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include one sister, Tammy (David) Dvorsky of Marion; three brothers, Dewane (Cheryl) Starr, Larry Starr and Ricky (Anna) Starr, all of Cedar Rapids; and his stepmother, Bertha Starr of Manchester.
