MediRevv, a Coralville health care revenue-cycle management company, will add 30 full-time employees by the end of the year.
The company, which has hired more than 50 employees since the beginning of the year, attributed the additional jobs to the signing of a new client agreement.
MediRevv broke ground for a $3.2 million, 26,200-square-foot building at 2600 University Pkwy. in October to accommodate its growing work force. The two-story structure was the company's second building project in less than two years.
In March 2012, MediRevv, which employs 150, broke ground on a $2.4 million, 18,000-square-foot building.
Brad Baldwin, vice president of operations at MediRevv, said the company needs skilled workers from the region.
"Less than a month ago we announced 80 new jobs in the next 24 months, and today we are hiring 30 new employees," Baldwin said. "Our explosive growth is largely attributable to having the most highly educated work force in our industry, which is how we consistently meet and exceed the revenue cycle needs of our clients."
MediRevv specializes in helping hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers and physician groups improve their cash flow and grow their revenue.
