Where do we go to get well?

How can we get over the brain poison caused by literally billions of dollars of half-truth or blatantly false political TV spots that stations around here and all across America just accept and air?
Now we just slide right into seemingly endless references to something called 'Black Friday,” when materialism overrides the celebration that used to be Thanksgiving.
We all need a brain cleanse and a refocus.
