Prehn, Herbert B.
Herbert B. Prehn, 91, formerly of Clinton, died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, at the Hiawatha Care Center, Hiawatha, Iowa. He and his wife of 67 years moved to Cedar Rapids in June.
Surviving are his wife, Mildred; two daughters, Phyllis Caldwell of Lohrville and Ellen Collins and husband Everett of Cedar Rapids; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Clinton on Saturday, Nov. 7.
Herb's family would like to thank the staff at the Hiawatha Care Center for the care and love given to him, Mercy Hospice for their care and support provided and the First Lutheran staff, family, and friends for their love, support and prayers.
