Christians also facing discrimination today

Regarding the Feb. 6 guest column by Jennifer Bioche: I was so impressed.
First, it is well written and easy to read.
Second, while she brought out how much some media are working to avoid discrimination and then indoctrinate viewers regarding homosexuality, she does so in a non-radical way. Third, she brought out another group that faces discrimination - those who live a Christian lifestyle.
We are told (usually via the news media) to be careful how we discriminate against certain races, certain sexual lifestyles, certain religions and so on.
But in doing so, we have done our best to overlook, eradicate, downplay and criticize the Christian lifestyle.
Granted, as Ms. Bioche wrote, we are all flawed human beings and I know that sometimes Christians (just like these other certain groups') have brought criticism to themselves. But it would certainly help if television (and other media) would have programming and more reporting that bring out the positive actions and viewpoints of Christian young people. That would only be “equal time.” Is it a form of censorship to not do so?
Thank you for including her in the Opinion section. She is a good balance for some of the other columnists.
