Anthony "Tony" Rios Sr., 74, died Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019, at the VA Health Care System in Iowa City. Graveside services with military honors will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Iowa City. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service.
