Under Boehner, House no longer relevant

To the editor:
The Republican Party won in November and December gave them the largest majorities in Congress they have held in more than 80 years. The Republicans ran for office and raised funds on fighting the imperial president, on fighting Obamacare, on fighting executive amnesty. Recently, with a mere 48 hours to read, review and debate, the House passed the $1.1 trillion, 1,603 page 'cromnibus” budget. The seated Republicans have fully funded the Obama agenda without a fight and against the will of the people. The House has surrendered the power of the purse to the executive and now they are surrendering the separation of powers. Under John Boehner the House is no longer relevant and the Republic itself is in grave danger.
If you are represented by a Republican in the House when the new house is seated, I urge you to contact that representative and urge them not to re-elect Boehner as the Speaker of the House. Rather, urge them to elect a true conservative and restore the people's house. I also would urge you to contact your Republican representative in the Senate and urge them to elect a true conservative to the Senate Majority position.
