Health care news coverage unclear

I am 74 and have read The Gazette all my life without ever becoming angry with your treatment of a subject - until your choice of health care articles on Sept. 23-24. On Sept. 23, you used an article from Chicago that included the great parts of the new health care law at the end of the article on the second page. As someone who has just racked up $93,000 in bills for Humana, I'm delighted I don't have to worry about them deciding I shouldn't be part of their insurance. I also appreciate that my grandsons can stay on their parents plan until they are older and wiser.
Regarding the headline on the 24th saying double (digit) increases expected for some Medicare drug plans: My mind concentrated on the word double. When you get to page 2A, the news is not as dire as the percentage makes you believe because it is a $4 increase per month, but I bet you scared many older people into joining the Republican push to cancel the plan.
The Gazette's opinion on health care belongs on the opinion page, not the front page. Health care needs to be addressed, and just wiping out what has been started is very short-sighted even if some politicians have decided it is great policy. I think the American people are smarter than that.
