Hawkeyes remain third in WIN Rankings

The University of Iowa remained in third place in the latest installment of Wrestling Insider Newsmagazine tournament and dual rankings. Iowa has six wrestlers ranked in the top eight, including top-ranked Matt McDonough (125) and Derek St. John at 157. Tony Ramos is second at 133 and 174-pounder Mike Evans is sixth.
UNI is tied for 23rd in the tournament power index. The Panthers are 18th in the dual ratings. Five wrestlers are ranked, including sixth-ranked Ryan Loder at 184 and Joey Lazor, who is ninth at 141. Levi Wolfensperger is 12th at 133.
Iowa State is 29th in the tournament list. The Cyclones are led by seventh-ranked Kyven Gadson at 197. Iowa State has six ranked wrestlers.
