Phillip Arthur Kummerer, 72, of Marion, died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2017. Services: 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 10, at Teahen Funeral Home. Burial: Oakhill Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family after 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Phillip is survived by his sister, Christine Lindner (Dieter Grandt) of Frederika and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Dianne.
Phillip Arthur was born Sept. 27, 1944, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Arthur and Helen Stickman Kummerer. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He loved animals, especially dogs.
