Norma Anna Emma McCoy passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2016, at Highland Ridge Care Center at the age of 97 years.
Celebration of Life services will 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2, at Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg. Pastor Tom Ogilvie will officiate. Burial will be in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, Aug. 1, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials are for St. Paul Lutheran Church.
