JOHN J. KETCHAM

John J. Ketcham, 67, son of the late John E. and Mary (Pat) Ketcham, passed away peacefully at Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy, Hiawatha, on March 30, 2017. A private family graveside service was in Cass Cemetery near Anamosa.
Born in Anamosa, he attended schools in Wyoming and Oxford Junction, and later worked for Hy-Vee.
He is survived by two sons, Shawn and David; granddaughter, Ashlyn; brothers, Mike Hogan and Joe (Casey) Ketcham; sisters, Melissa Dugan, Laurie K. Schrick and Ayesha Abdullah; and many nieces and nephews.
John always was interested in politics, had an ear for good music and appreciated and practiced oil painting with an expressive flair.
