Wise up to the ‘puppet masters’ now

The American Legislative Exchance Council, also known as ALEC and funded by the Koch brothers, is leading our state legislators and governor around like marionettes.
Other states have tried ALEC's agenda, most notably Kansas and Oklahoma, and put in place huge tax cuts that defunded their schools, roads and basic services. Kansas residents are rebelling from what is now happening to their schools, and their Republican legislature is trying to find ways to raise taxes. Oklahoma is in the early throws of recognition that the ALEC agenda, such as four-day school weeks, does not work, and they are also looking at tax increases.
Holy smokes, Batman, who knew that taxes provided good things?
Oklahoma has its own set of hurdles; most notably, an ALEC law requiring a three quarters vote to implement tax increases.
So, are the Koch/ALEC puppet masters working our Statehouse marionettes from above? Are you ready to throw them out now or must we destroy our schools first?
