To those despicable, spineless, cowards responsible for sending anonymous hate mail and letters to contributors of letters to the editor: I can only say that these pitiful attempts at retaliation from the cowardly shadows of anonymity are given no acceptance or consideration other than feelings of sympathy for the gutless, pathetic sources from which they came.
Get a backbone and be proud to sign your name to your vitriol if, in fact, you are not ashamed of it and would desire an honest discussion rather than cowardly hiding behind anonymity.
