Anton "Tony" Zacek, 78, of Solon, died Saturday, Oct. 8, 2016, at Solon Nursing Care Center. Celebration of Life services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, at First Presbyterian Church near Ely, with the Rev. Dr. Julie Schuett presiding. Full military rites will be conducted following service at the church. Inurnment will be at a later date in First Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids. Obituary will be available for Tony at www.broshchapel.com.
