Where have all the conservatives gone?

'Morally unfit to lead” decried Sen. Chuck Grassley about President Bill Clinton, and many Iowa nice felt the same. Yet, no current moral outrage about a confessed sexual abuser, alleged serial abuser and/or adulterer in the oval office.
And, conservative family values stop at the Rio Grand, according to scripture cited by U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
Grassley refused consideration of President Barack Obama's last SCOTUS nominee, only to now rush through as many conservative activist judiciary appointments as possible. The flight to the right appeases birthers and wealthy conservative donors.
Sen. Joni Ernst thanked the Koch brothers donor jamboree for her meteoric rise to squealdom.
Representatives we elected do not care about raising the national debt, as long as corporations and wealthy persons get 'bigly yuge” tax cuts.
Iowa nice ordinary electors have expiring tax cuts while waiting for some supply side trickle down. Grassley says we ordinary electors would only spend our tax cut on 'booze, women and movies.”
Further baffling, in this end-justifies-the-means Faustian-bargain conservatives have made, is they seemingly do not care that when a tree is shaken around the POTUS Russians fall out.
I miss the old conservatives we elected. God will judge us all.
