Make Garland a compromise pick

Regarding the current Supreme Court vacancy due to the recent death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a compromise that would avoid hypocrisy: both parties would support a vote before Nov. 3 provided the nominee is Merrick Garland.
