Gazette book reviewer does a great job

I wish to thank The Gazette for its choice of Rob Cline as book reviewer.
Cline's passion for reading is apparent when he discusses books. Whether he recommends that particular book or not, he still inspires the desire to read. And that is the primary function of a Sunday books page in any newspaper.
His writing is crisp, conversational and thoroughly enjoyable. His opinions are thoughtful and supported by his skillful interpretation of the text. His “author voice” is so clear and familiar that it feels as if he were sitting across my breakfast table and saying, “I just finished reading this great book!”
As a writer and book lover, Cline's reviews are the first thing I seek out in the Sunday Gazette.
