Beware dangerous C.R. roundabout

I believe the roundabout at the intersection of Johnson Avenue N.W. and Wiley Blvd N.W. is extremely dangerous. It is only a matter of time before a serious accident occurs.
Cars entering the roundabout on each side of Johnson Avenue do not yield, even though there are yield signs present. I have seen multiple drivers zoom through the roundabout going at least 35 miles per hour. Drivers don't look and assume they have the right of way.
Drivers entering from Wiley should beware.
This roundabout is also on a corner where Hoover Elementary School students cross Johnson Avenue. Safety guards hold up their little stop sign and escort children across Johnson Avenue. A distracted driver could easily hit these people.
The roundabout at this location, so close to a school, was not a good idea. Now that it is in place, there needs to be more visible signage on both sides of Johnson Avenue to let drivers know that they, too, must yield before entering the intersection.
