Ronald "Ron" Gary Klinsky, 62, of Iowa City and Spencer, went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016, at Good Samaritan Village, Sioux Falls, S.D. Family will greet friends from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 1, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids. Services will be at 10 a.m. following the visitation at the funeral home. Burial: Czech National Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include his significant other, Pam Hegerfeld of Spencer; brother, J. Dennis Klinsky of Canada; niece and nephew, Sonja Klinsky of Tempe, Ariz., and Aaron Klinsky of Canada; and sister Pam's significant other, Rufus Bender of Coralville.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; two sisters, Janice Ellen and Pamela Sue Fisher; and a sister-in-law, Rose Klinsky.
