Reader offers idea for construction payment dispute

I have what I feel is a simple solution to the Modern Piping and University of Iowa Health Care situation.

Representatives from both Modern Piping and UIHC should meet in the same place at the same time. Modern Piping needs to bring their documents and UIHC needs to bring evidence that the money transfer is pending or will be done in the presence of Modern Piping. Once the documents and pending transfer are verified, the transfer of the documents and the money can be done simultaneously.

Both parties can bring their lawyers and any other people that they want. I think that the press should be there too and the whole thing should be recorded. This would bring it all to an end and everyone can go home happy because they got what they wanted.
