John Mouchka, 74, of Caldwell, Idaho, formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2017, in Caldwell from a lengthy battle with cancer. There will be no funeral service, per John's wishes. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery near northwest Cedar Rapids at a later date.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra J.; five stepdaughters; a stepson; a brother, Jim Mouchka; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Georgina Mouchka; a brother, William; a son, Scott; and his former wife, Zona.
John was born Nov. 23, 1942, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He moved to Caldwell, Idaho, in 2013 and married Sandra J. Smith on May 24, 2014.
