Benghazi committee backfires on party

To the editor:
What a display at the Benghazi hearing by a party with little to show but mud slinging and mounting taxpayer costs.
The same questions being thrown at Hillary Clinton, who remained calm and composed the entire time, answering with unwavering strength. To quote a famous phrase, 'There you go again,” seems fitting and came to mind.
This was a total frontal assault that shed little, if any, light on what already had been investigated.
This political party is showing its desperation and lack of any united format for which their party stands on, except opposition to the other side. That is not a party platform.
