C.R. big enough for 2 license stations

Cedar Rapids is such a big city and, including the neighboring towns, it needs two driver's license stations - one on each side of the river. I'm hoping the big-name officials will agree.
I seem to realize what's going on in Cedar Rapids and would like to voice my opinion on subjects.
