Novak, Jacob 'Jake'
Jacob “Jake” Novak, 18, died Tuesday, June 11, 2013, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. Visitation: 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday, June 15, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 East Sixth St., Vinton. Funeral Services will be held next Saturday, June 22, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home in order for those involved in the accident to be in attendance. Interment: Evergreen Cemetery, Vinton.
