Implore Republicans to stand up to Trump
Shirley Burnett
Jun. 21, 2018 8:15 am
Once again, I awake from a 'King Trump” nightmare only to realize I'm living in one.
The new norm is to be rude, to be cruel, to be a racist, to be a thief and to tell outrageous lies.
Is this what parents want their children to learn from the president and his Republican Congress and cabinet?
What happened to good manners, to treating others with kindness, to telling the truth and to being law abiding?
There is a clear and present danger that President Donald Trump is destroying all that the United States of America stood for before he became president.
Wake up, Republicans, and stand up to the president before we are living in a dictatorship. Bad things happen when good men/women do nothing.
