Thomas Joseph Hradek passed away peacefully at home on April 26, 2018. Tom was born on Feb. 16, 1940, in Iowa City, Iowa, to Joseph and Adeline (Dvorsky) Hradek.
Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 30, St. John's Catholic Church in Adel, with a funeral mass at 12:30 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be directed St. John's Catholic Church. Online condolences may be left at www.caldwellparrish.com. Arrangements are being made thru Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home – McCalley Chapel in Adel.
