New hires

Shuttleworth & Ingersoll in Cedar Rapids announced William J. Daly (see photo) joined the firm as an associate attorney. Daly previously practiced at Vedder Price, an international law firm based in Chicago.

Promotions

Bankers Trust announced David Parmley (see photo) has been promoted to vice president senior lender. Parmley was previously vice president commercial banking.

Guaranty Bank and Trust in Cedar Rapids announced several promotions. Laurie Wahlert (see photo) was promoted to vice president private banking. Jason Rabe (see photo) was promoted to assistant vice president consumer lending and branch management. Dan Erusha (see photo) was promoted to assistant vice president mortgage lending manager. Sheryl Rottink (see photo) was promoted to assistant vice president compliance and internal auditing.

New board members

The Salvation Army named to its advisory board John Malenfant (see photo) of Rockwell Collins and Dan Fuller (see photo) of Hy-Vee. Both will serve three-year terms.
