Kathleen Frances Howard, 73, of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014. There will be no visitation or service at this time. Iowa Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include a brother, Robert (Kathryn) Howard of Frankfort, Ill.; and a nephew, Scott Howard of Glen Ellyn, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Eileen Howard; and a sister, Ann Howard.
Kathleen was born Jan. 23, 1941, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Frank and Eileen (Monaghan) Howard. She graduated from Regis High School in Cedar Rapids. She was employed with St. Luke's Hospital and active with Meals on Wheels. She enjoyed antiques, gardening and taking walks on the Cedar Rapids nature trails.
