JOSEPH H. SCHEUERMAN

Joseph H. Scheuerman, 70, of Port Charlotte, Fla., formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away Sept. 10, 2016, at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, N.Y., with family by his side.
Joe is survived by his wife, Jeanne (Moline) Scheuerman; children, Michael (Danielle) Scheuerman and Kevin (Jamie) Scheuerman of Cedar Rapids; grandchildren, Darren, Dane and Zoe;
sister, Mary (Don) Kennedy; and nieces, Melissa, Stephanie and Stacy.
Joe was born Nov. 7, 1945, son of Clifford and Bunny Scheuerman. Joe worked at KHAK 98.1 for several years and played in several bands, including Air Wave as a drummer.
Joe loved music, boating and sports, especially Iowa Hawkeye football. He also enjoyed spending time with grandchildren and family.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents.
A private service will be held at a later date.
