It really comes down to this ...
Rising up, back on the street
Did my time, took my chances
Went the distance, now I'm back on my feet
Just a man and his will to survive
So yes, it's No. 3 Michigan at Iowa, at Kinnick Stadium on Saturday night. On ABC. All of that.
Let's take some Member Berries and think back to August when we all thought this would be Iowa's biggest stage of the season. Well, it still sort of is.
Land of Ten's Scott Dochterman and I go through some of the rubble of the last few weeks. Mostly, that's where your Twitter questions went. Like hyenas to the leftovers. But hey, we went there with you, so what sound does a hyena make?
Is it chee-chaww chee-chawww?
We were asked if Kirk Ferentz not firing Greg Davis would be the biggest middle finger to Iowa fans since the time Kirk Ferentz didn't fire Greg Davis in 2014.
We got a lot of 'fire Greg Davis.' And a lot of hop ons.
One, I'd say that if you think Ferentz is making decisions to troll you, then it's time to shut the computer and take a lap. Maybe take a sushi making class at Kirkwood. Learn to play the guitar. You're starting to show signs that this thing is breaking you.
Chill down and Hulu.
Ferentz, and Iowa, for that matter, values continuity, but ... I think both Scott and I predicted a new OC in 2017.
We'll see on that. Don't hold us to it. We're simple sprots reproters.
Thanks for the Twitter questions and for listening.
We're not trying to troll you. Seriously. OK, maybe a little.
