PEARL HART Cedar Rapids Pearl Hart, 89, of Willow Gardens, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015, at the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House in Hiawatha. Service: 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, with the Rev. Tim Carter officiating. Visitation: 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Pearl Mildred Hart was born March 23, 1925, in Centuria, Wis., to her parents, Earnest and Elsie (Schneewind) Eveland. She married Alva R. Hart on Nov. 24, 1947, in Independence, Iowa. She is survived by her children, Sherrel (Walter) Plank of Jadwin, Mo., Carole (Gary) Anderson of West Burlington, Laurel (Peter) Nash of Burlington and Gerald (Christine) Hart of Cedar Rapids; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Pearl was preceded in death by her husband, Alva; and her siblings, Effie Eveland, Robert Eveland and Mary Pfeffer.
