Ruth M. Lang, 94, of Hawkeye, died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014, at Maple Crest Manor in Fayette. Funeral
services: 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hawkeye, with Pastor Kathy Wicks officiating. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. to service time Saturday at the church. Interment: Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery, rural Oelwein. Floral Hills Funeral Home, Oelwein, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
A memorial fund has been established for the church and St. Jude Hospice, Strawberry Point.

Those left to cherish her memory are two sons, Allan Lang of Hawkeye and James (Sherri) Lang of Indianapolis; daughter, Kay Nelson of Center Point; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, two brothers and a sister.
