Avoid ticket by obeying limit

Regarding Ted Chick's Sept. 25 letter 'Visitor doesn't like speed cameras':
I cannot believe he suggested that he wasn't the driver. Who does he think was driving his car?
Tell him if he can't obey the speed limits to stay out of Cedar Rapids. I cannot understand why anyone would ever argue the point. I received a violation and paid the amount, now I really watch my speed, as should everyone. What's with these people?
