Bill Huckins, 47, of Hiawatha, died Monday, Sept. 8, 2014, at his home. Arrangements by Murdoch
Funeral Home & Cre-mation Center, Marion.
Survivors include his wife, Selina Huckins; son, Tony Brandt (and his partner, Macey Cuhel); daughter, Kristy Henderson; son, Brad (Donna) Coblentz; parents, Barbara and David Slager; sister, Eva Heck; mother-in-law, Joyce Coblentz; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Huckins; grandparents; great-grandparents; father-in-law; and brother-in-law.
Bill was born July 22, 1967, in Cedar Rapids, the son of William and Barbara Jean (Hurd) Huckins. He attended Grace Baptist schools, and married Selina Coblentz. Bill worked for CCB packing and owned his own business, Huck's Auto Repair, for eight years.
He was loved by many family and friends.
A memorial fund has been established at First Federal Credit Union in Hiawatha in Bill's memory.
