Austin Bruce Pattison, 31, of Anaheim, Calif., formerly of Urbandale, died Friday, April 22, 2016, in Anaheim. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 30, followed immediately by funeral services at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 3615 University Ave., Des Moines, IA 50311. Pastor Brent Osborne of Zion Lutheran Church will officiate. Inurnment will be at Grandview Cemetery, Fayette, at a future time to be announced.
Survivors include his parents, Bruce and Polly Pattison of Urbandale; a sister, Allison Pattison of Iowa City; grandmother, Verna Medberry; and grandparents, Jim and Joyce Pattison of Fayette.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Glen Medberry.
Austin worked at Wells Fargo Mortgage as a mortgage underwriter.
Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church Star Kids program, Des Moines; Urbandale High School Athletic Program; or Urbandale Public Library.
