Writer revises Obamacare history

Regarding the Dec. 11 letter by Shirley A. Morris (“Why should Democrats negotiate with GOP?”):
The writer is pulling an Obama here. At the time of the vote, the House and Senate were in full control by Democrats. Not one vote was by the Republicans.
Remember then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi saying “you need to vote for it to see what the bill is.” Neither house in Congress would let any changes to the bill or anything added, but for the Democrats' pork.
Normally I let errors fly, they right themselves, but this was a bullicious gas.
