Peggy Robertson Johnson, 63, of Los Angeles, formerly of Martelle, passed away Saturday, Oct. 8, 2016, in Los Angeles after a brief illness with cancer. Services are pending in Los Angeles.
Survivors include her husband, Al; daughters, Calia (James) Knutsen and Olivia Johnson; brother, Gary (Janice) Robertson of Martelle; her mother, Neoma Robertson of Martelle; and nieces, Rachel and Erica Robertson of Anamosa.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clair; brother, David; and grandparents.
Peggy graduated from Anamosa High School and Iowa State University. She just retired from teaching in Los Angeles Public Schools.
