Cedar Rapids looking for owners of 28 flooded properties to talk buyouts

The city of Cedar Rapids is seeking help in finding the owners of 28 flooded properties to talk buyouts.
The owners registered for voluntary buyouts but have not responded to phone calls or mailings.
The following people are asked to contact JCG Land Services at (319) 362-3507 to provide more information about their interest in a buyout funded by Community Development Block Grants.
The property owners and their flood addresses are:
