Ronald Feltes, 72, died Thursday, June 16, 2016, at St. UnityPoint Health-St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids, following an extended illness.
Graveside services will be 10:30 Monday morning, June 20, at Oakwood Cemetery, Monticello. Pastor Jan Lamont will officiate at the services.

Ronald John Feltes was born March 22, 1944, at Dyersville, Iowa, the son of Urban and Germanine Hillebrand Feltes. Ron farmed on the family farm and later worked on other farms in the area. He married Jacqueline Gudenkauf on Oct. 7, 1970, in Monticello, Iowa. She preceded him in death in 1983.
Ron had been a resident of Heritage Care Center in Cedar Rapids for the past five years.
