Dusil, David John
David John Dusil, 56, Watkins, died Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013, at Crestview Acres Nursing Home due to complications of diabetes. David chose to be cremated. As per his wishes, there will be no services. Private family burial will be at a later date with Brosh Funeral Service, Norway, in charge.
David was born June 26, 1957, in Cedar Rapids to Leroy “Duke” and Virginia (Stadler) Dusil. He graduated from Norway High School and resided in the area his entire life. David worked many years as an auto and small engine mechanic. He liked to listen to music, watch movies and especially enjoyed NASCAR racing.
David is survived by his brother, Alan Dusil; nieces, Tara (Scott), Veronica and Megan Crawford, all of Norway; and several aunts and uncles.
Preceding him in death were his parents and sister-in-law, Chris Dusil.
Memorial donations may be directed to his family.
