John Shreeves, 87, formerly of Denison, died Friday, Nov. 11, 2016. Private inurment will be held at Crawford Heights Cemetery in Denison. A celebration of life will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 27, at the Eagles Club in Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include his significant other, Leota (Lee) Anderson; children, Linda Fox, Larry (Sherri) Shreeves, David Shreeves and Darlene Shreeves; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom he dearly loved; and his beloved dog, Chelsea.
He was preceded in death by his son, Lynn Shreeves.
