Richard Bilsland, 70, of Cedar Rapids, passed away at home surrounded by family on Thursday, Feb. 1, 2018. Private services will be held.
Richard is survived by his wife, Billie; children, Denise (Andy) Helle, Amanda (Andre) Ingram and Bridget (Shawn) McMenomy; brothers, Terry (Doris), David (Rita) and John (Laurel); sisters, Karen Hayes and Linda Goebel; and seven step-siblings.
He was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Jack Ritchie; half-brother, William; brother, Clarence; and brother-in-law, Claude Hayes.
Rich enjoyed spending time with his six grandchildren, volunteering at Olivet Presbyterian Church and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
