Adolphson, Andy
Andy Adolphson, 50, formerly of West Branch and Iowa City, died Friday, July 30, 2010, at Seasons Hospice in Chicago of cancer. Family graveside services were held August 3, 2010, at the West Branch Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Iowa City Hospice. Arrangements are with Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service.
Andy was born Jan. 13, 1960, in Iowa City. He was a graduate of West Branch High School and the University of Iowa. Andy was a longtime Chicago resident where he was employed in catering services.
Survivors include his parents, Joe and Janice of Iowa City; and his two brothers, Alan (Melanie) Adolphson of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Curtis (Dee) Adolphson of Solon; his nephew, Jack and niece, Jenna; and extended aunts, uncles and cousins.
