Robert A. “Rob” Evans, 58, of Brooklyn, died Saturday, July 27, 2013, at the Grinnell Regional Medical Center, Grinnell, Iowa. Funeral Service: 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 31, 2013, Kloster Funeral Home, Brooklyn, with Dennis Smith officiating. Burial: Brooklyn Memorial Cemetery. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Kloster Funeral Home, Brooklyn. A memorial fund has been established.
Robert is survived by his parents, Robert J. and Glenna of Brooklyn; his sister, Karen Soliday (Frank) of Ankeny; two nephews, Mike Soliday and Bart Soliday of Ankeny; and several cousins.
