Hepker, Betty Jane
Betty Jane Hepker, 88, of Toddville, died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012. There will be no visitation or service according to Betty's wishes. Inurnment: Palo Cemetery, Palo. Cedar Memorial Westside Chapel, Cedar Rapids, is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her children, Patricia Hepker, Larry (Carla) Hepker and Derri (Gaylord) Hanson, all of Toddville; a sister, Kathryn Lint of Perryville, Mo.; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Hepker; a son, Leslie; her parents; and a brother, Robert Smith.
Betty was born March 23, 1924, in Palo, Iowa, the daughter of William and Alice Pettit Smith. She married Robert Hepker on June 24, 1942, in Palo. Betty was employed by Family Services and was a Seventh Day Adventist.
